As part of the Edible Futures 'Farm2Plate Cookery' series, this Sri Lankan cookery course is led by local chef Tilly Jothimuni.

Tilly will be sharing how to prepare a whole range of traditional Sri Lankan curries, make your own roti and create authentic Sri Lankan rice dishes.

Other course dates are: 13th June, 20th June and 27th June 2021

About the event series

The 'Farm2Plate Cookery' series was set up by Edible Futures to teach people how to cook authentic food from various cultures peppered across the Bristol area. 

The cookery courses will include chefs from Cuba, India, Somalia, the Caribbean, Korea, Sri Lanka to name but a few. As many of the ingredients as possible will be provided by Edible Futures, and other supportive local farms and food producers.

All courses are sponsored by 3 Hares Farm.

About Edible Futures

Edible Futures is a CSA Market Garden founded on the principles of food sovereignty and located in Bristol. 

They grow salad, herbs and vegetables over two sites and supply them to local communities through a weekly Salad Drop scheme, as well as direct sales to restaurants and shops.
