Whether you’re planning a staff party, gathering friends, or hosting your team, we’ll take care of every detail so you can simply relax, eat, drink, and be merry. Christmas Celebration Feast
Enjoy a delicious festive feast with all the trimmings, freshly prepared by your very own team of chefs. You’ll have exclusive use of our space (or we can come to you!) - giving plenty of time for feasting, celebrating, and soaking up that festive atmosphere.
We can host your party at lunchtime or in the evening, so you can choose the timing that works best for your group. Our menus are flexible, so whether you want traditional turkey, plant-based platters, or something a little different, we can make it happen.
Your festive package includes:
Exclusive use of our space OR set up in a space of your choice
A freshly prepared Christmas feast with all the trimmings
Table service included - so you can sit back and enjoy
Bespoke menus tailored to your group’s tastes and dietary needs
Capacity for up to 30 people (minimum booking: 12 people)

Christmas Cooking Workshop
Swap the meeting room for aprons, chopping boards, and plenty of Christmas cheer! Treat your team to a festive day of cooking, laughter, and togetherness with two joyful ways to celebrate:
Cook & Feast – Prepare a delicious festive meal together, complete with all the trimmings, then sit down to enjoy it as a group.
Edible Gift Bags – Learn to make beautiful, edible festive treats — think spiced biscuits, truffles, or traditional mince pies - and package them up into gift bags to take back to the office and share around. We’ll also sit down for a light bite with a celebratory glass of fizz!
Whichever you choose, your group will be guided by one of our chefs, with menus and recipes tailored to suit your tastes and dietary needs. From traditional Christmas classics to creative seasonal twists, we’ll make sure it’s memorable, fun, and delicious.
Your festive package includes:
Cook & Feast - Hosting up to 15 people for a hands-on cooking experience, and we can adapt for larger groups — just get in touch to discuss as we can adapt the format slightly to accommodate a few more in your group.
Edible Gift Bags - Hosting up to 30 people making hand-made edible gifts in our kitchen & dining space. Includes a light bite session and glass of fizz to finish!
Optional introduction to the work of Coexist Community Kitchen, so your team can see the positive impact their experience is helping to support.

Edible Gift Bags: £500 for groups up to 10 (+£45 for additional people up to 30)

Festive Office Lunch
Can’t take time out of the office, or looking for a more affordable way to celebrate? This one’s for you! Our One Pot Wonders are designed to bring hearty, flavourful dishes to your Christmas party - perfect for a special business lunch or festive gathering where guests can enjoy a warm, comforting meal with minimal fuss.
Sample Menu:
Wild Mushroom & Bristol Bean Hotpot (Vg)
Rich seaweed & porcini stock, black badger beans, allspice & elderberry dumplingsWild Local Venison Hotpot
Game stock, wild haunch of venison, allspice & elderberry dumplings, layered potatoes
Both are served with sprout tops and hedgerow red cabbage.
